AFK training generally well... in violation of RuneScape Gold guidelines... It does not matter if it's done in increments that RS won't log you off, or even if you don’t use a program to do it. I think that is fine since you click once and quit the computer. But like training with programs when you're far from the keyboard... yeah thats against runescape rules.

Don't take this approach. Everyone hates autoers. It's impossible to leave the keyboard and then autologout to remember. You will not accomplish anything by limiting the amount of time you can quit your keyboard prior to when you log out. It's best to remain on the computer, or read a book, then increase the volume to let the creature die if you are training combat skills.

This works well for mage and melee, because you don't need to worry about runes, even if they were carried. It can be a hassle to range since you frequently have to take the ammunition you had. You can however, it's possible.

Autoing is against the rules and I strongly discourage it. The only "AFK” training is the one i have just mentioned. It's not even AFK.. It's more like "turn off chat to no one can talk with you and train simultaneously".

First off, I am sorry profusely that I broke any rules. I don't know enough about this forum to Buy OSRS Fire Cape make any mistakes. I will, however take my lessons from my mistakes. Again, I apologize.
