The stamping and welding cooling plate is generally used in the furnace body. In the blast furnace, it is not only subjected to the mechanical impact and wear of the raw materials, but also to the scouring of the gas flow. The stamped and welded cooling plate plays the role of cooling the lining and supporting the lining, thereby improving the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the refractory material, increasing the stability of the masonry, maintaining the shape of the blast furnace well, and facilitating slag hanging. For blast furnaces that are all cooled by stave equipment, generally brick-mounted staves are used above the tuyere to the furnace throat steel bricks, and smooth staves are used below the tuyere. In actual use, most blast furnaces use various cooling equipment in different parts according to the needs of smelting. This cooling structure is called plate-wall combined cooling structure for the entire furnace structure. The staggered arrangement of cooling plates and cooling staves is used in the shafts of some blast furnaces at home and abroad, which enhances the cooling and support of refractory materials, and provides comprehensive protection of the furnace shell [1]. Some of the cooling plates used in the combination of plate wall and cooling structure use stamping and welding cooling plates, but the use effect is not very satisfactory, and later they were changed to ductile iron cooling plates.
