Some people may have very impressive CVs for the job they are applying for, but if they can't communicate their skills or make a good first impression in a job interview, they often don't get the job. How to speak

Try to have the same tone as your interviewer. If they are very formal, do the same. If the interviewer is more relaxed and wants a conversation, open up. Don't be too informal, make jokes or talk too much. Listen to the questions, and get to the point quickly.
Answering the questions you are asked is especially important. If you don't understand, ask for an explanation. Don't ramble in the hope of getting the question right. Clarification is better. Once you answer the question, stop talking. If there is silence, it is not your job to fill it. Wait for the interviewer to finish speaking, think about your answer, and proceed.
What to say
A common question the interviewer will ask is for you to tell something about yourself. The best way to answer this is to do some research on the company and the job first to best answer how you fit into the company. You will tell the interviewer your skills and experience that qualify you for the job or motivate you. When the interviewer asks you about yourself, they will not be interested in how many children or pets you have.
If they ask you about your strengths and weaknesses, give specific examples. For example, tell the interviewer about your accomplishments if you are applying for a sales job and have worked in sales before. Pick out the skills you use and translate them into how you can use them for your job. For example, if you have been a homemaker, tell how you have organized your children's activities and if you worked for an essay service, tell them about your outstanding writing skills. Also, answer what your weaknesses are. This shows that you know yourself. Talk about your weakness, such as being impatient when someone doesn't treat you the way you do, but say that you can wait 24 hours before acting, for example.
When the interviewer asks you why you left your previous job, don't give negative reasons. Instead, say that you are looking for more responsibility, perhaps, or use what you know about the company you are applying for and how it fits you.
