Thirty-four alleged victims of FIFA Coins sexual abuse at the center by 10 possible perpetrators and accomplices such as Jean-Bart, the former soccer federation president that has always denied the allegations, were identified in a report by the players' union Fifpro into Fifa's ethics committee. After allegations of sexual abuse by Jean-Bart were released by the Guardian in April, Fifa's ethics committee conducted a detailed investigation lasting nearly six months which included hiring an independent IT consultancy business to use Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methods to validate some of their alleged victims' claims using cellular phone information. According to the decision of this adjudicatory chamber, that allowed investigators to re evaluate several events where"youthful female gamers visited the [hotel], among the alleged places at which the sexual abuse seemingly occurred".
In the last report by the investigatory chamber, the panel heard statements against two alleged victims of Jean-Bart, among whom detailed her experiences after being chosen to play for Haiti Under-17s.
