It wasn't always just going to be a couple of buttons with GCDs that were long, but just like WoW over the years FF14 required a change in aion classic kinah fundamental gameplay in order to have an element to be found every couple of levels. Shit, I have about 5-6 bars fully equipped and I use the majority of the tools. There aren't any level squashes like what WoW has performed multiple times in the past. So the player is stuck with the same techniques during the process of leveling and it's not a huge inconvenience. PVP is my only real major issue. I'm not able to wrap my mind in that mess.
It's important to remember is that they're separate games that can do different things better. I'd prefer FF14 over FF13 in the long-term because of the stronger community as well as the story and the fact that it's a lot of fun once you start exploring the expansions. I've always had an affectionate love for JRPGs, and this strikes me in the face, I'm really sad I didn't get into it earlier. From its beginning to the most recent years, WoW has grown in a graceful manner. It's easy to pick up and enjoy, and it will always make me nostalgic. The story is often funny and I'm looking for more than the 10-plus year old graphics.
Teleporting is now a possibility, rather than the lengthy flight routes. I'll say that "Pray that you will reach the Waking Sands" will give me slight gaming PTSD from a few years ago, it's a lmao.
I'll play on, but when I eventually move on I'm not sure it will be to another game like MMORPG. I've played a number of other games, but none kept me interested. While there are many factors that influence the experience, including graphics and gameplay, the soundtrack is paramount.
The only mmorpg I've played that's made me feel anything other than WoW in terms of music is SWTOR (and it's Star Wars music so I'm obviously going to enjoy it).
I'm thinking that after Wrath I'll be able conclude the chapter on WoW. I started my first toon in TBC and didn't reach max level until weeks before Wrath was released. Wrath was the time I discovered my feet, was able to master raiding, and my character. It was an awesome expansion that brought me so much happiness, and I can't not wait to experience it again.
Story writing is at the lowest level ever, primary antagonist is boring, there are at least 20 currencies active to track Content is minimal and mostly boring dailies, PVP is basically all boosts paid for now and every high-end achievement can be purchased with WoW tokens as well. the world is a mess and unfinished.
It was a huge task to level up and decide where to place my 1 talent point and which new spells to purchase. In a later expansion I was shocked find that the agency that allowed me to spend just one talent... 10 was the only option I had. 15 levels. Skills were learned automatically and there was no buy aion classic kinah eu instant rush from any individual level-up. This was a sad fact. For me, anyway.
