The Cinematic Was Uninteresting
While some find the cinematic trailers for Dragonflight to be boring, others have a fondness for its Titan character with wow tbc classic gold. Some believe the lack of villain and direct narrative to be the problem, but others are enthralled by the simplistic, exploration-based content. One Redditor acknowledged their love for the game, saying "this new one is some basic Warcraft subjects (Titans and Dragons) and tells a neat little story about an Chad Titan viewer who saves the day, and sorrowful that his fellow Titans passed away." The Titan has been a popular source for a variety of memes and fan chatter.
Players Have a Negative History With Dragons
Malygos, Neltharion, Nefarian, Deathwing. The list continues to grow of the tons of Drakes and Dragons players have faced and had to defeat during their adventures in World of Warcraft. Many have remarked on the irony of the Dracthyr being part of in either Horde or Alliance because a large number of players are wearing armor and weapons with Dragon bone in them.
The Redditor Jathulioh wrote a post that joked about the absurdity of the situation, suggesting that it is the head of Nefarian that is hanging in the Stormwind gates could be an unwelcoming sight to new Dracthyr members. It is hoped that the ominous nature of these dragons will prevent the Dracthyr alliance from taking it to the players!
No Villain
The Warcraft universe has some undoubtedly excellent villains, all the way from Illidan and the Illidan to Garrosh in addition to the Lich King. It's part of what made the first expansion so amazing. Another thing people have been arguing about is the absence of the villain. Many have compared it with Mists of Pandaria's original cinematic where no one could have predicted that Garrosh would become the main baddie.
Reddit user Alyano created a thread asking users to think about whom they thought the next big villain would be Alyano wrote "As they surprisingly have not made a statement about a new supervillain or at least overall threat. Who or what will we be fighting next?" That's the question in the coming months, although many people are content with a more relaxed, less post-apocalyptic outlook.
Dracthyr's Design is Poor
The Dracthyr race is one of the most controversial topics of news coverage to date in the form of the little footage available to the public however, many are dissatisfied with the current design. A lot of fans have called for larger bodies, as well with more options for customization to the humanoid version of each Dracthyr. Following a recent interview with a developer it appears that this is likely to happen.
One of the fans, golemhans96 has pointed this out in a thread, showing other options that had not been revealed in the original live stream with cheap TBC Classic Gold. The expansion is still a long way off, so many have decided to not come to harsh conclusions just yet, and to wait for more images and video footage to be released.
